All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it for any reason.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing. Most modern smartphones (iPhone XS and later, recent Android flagships) support eSIM. If you are unsure, check with your device manufacturer or carrier before buying.
We cannot issue refunds for purchases made on incompatible or locked devices.
Your eSIM QR code will be delivered to your email address within minutes of a successful payment. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it. If you experience any delivery issues, contact us at [email protected].

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juliet and Roland Hong Kong Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or inability to access the internet in your destination country.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
